ANNouncements
Paws would like to apologize to anyone impacted by our decision to temporarily suspend the Spay/Neuter Voucher program including vouchers issued but not yet used. Unfortunately, too many vouchers were issued and we do not have the funds to cover this since about twice the budgeted amount was sent out. Again, we apologize. Please do not blame the local vet offices. This is all our fault and we accept the blame. These should not have been issued. If anyone would like to help Paws get the program back on its feet, please email us at pawsvolunteerchair@gmail.com.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Florence Clark, president and the Paws Board.

About Us
Paws Care, Inc. located in Montgomery County is a 501 c3 charity. Our goal is to rescue, re-home and provide better lives for companion animals in southern and central Illinois. We are an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff.
We are a foster based rescue and transport organization. For this reason, hours are by appointment only. An application must be approved before meeting each animal, unless we have a scheduled mobile adoption.
NOTE!!! If you are a resident of Montgomery County and benefit from a food stamp program, you may be eligible for the county's spay/neuter voucher program. Please contact them at 217-532-3334 for more information.
NOTE: We DO NOT accept stray animals. This is the job of government funded animal control agencies.
